Building Maintenance Technician - Nightshift

The Bledsoe Group is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to work on the Micron Campus.

This position is ideal for retired military personnel who are enjoying retirement but still want to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Experience in Handyman type construction, patching walls, painting,
• Knowledge of proper use of equipment and materials used on commercial construction projects
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
