Schedule

• 24 Hour Call
• Ancillary Staff: Vascular First Assist works normal business hours M-F and on-call MTW; Vascular team (no ceritified first assist) is on-call Thursday-Sunday for the rest

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Hospital Based
• Number of Operating Rooms: 1 General, 1 Hybrid
• Hemodialysis Access on Site
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric

Requirements

• Board Certified - Preferred
  • willing to accept truly Board Eligible
• KY License - Preferred
  • willing to accept providers needing to obtain KY license
• BLS Certified
• COVID Vaccine
• Required Procedures/Duties:
  • Vascular:
    • Aneurysm repairs
    • Abdominal
    • Arterial bypass
    • Peripheral
    • Vascular Access Devices
    • AV shunt
  • Endovascular:
    • Bypass Surgery
    • Femoral Popliteal Bypass
    • Aortofemoral Bypass
    • Stenting
    • Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
    • Peripheral Artery Disease
