Family Practice - With OB Physician - Now Hiring

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
  
• IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  
• OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections - REQUIRED

Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Board Eligible
• Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
• DEA

State License Requirements:

• Iowa

Additional License Requirements:

• IMLC accepted, OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start), Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections
