Schedule: Contract Length: 6-12 months Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Qualifications and Requirements: Board Certifications: Required: ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine), AOBEM (American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine), ABFM (American Board of Family Medicine), ABIM (American Board of Internal Medicine) with procedural skills and emergency medicine experience. Not Accepted: ABPS (American Board of Physician Specialties). Licensing: State License(s): Willing to assist in obtaining licensure in the state of Kansas if necessary. Certifications: Required: Training in Emergency Medicine (EM), Internal Medicine (IM), and Family Medicine (FM). Not Required: ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support). DEA Registration: Required for prescribing controlled substances.
