Physical Therapist

Located in Moorpark, CA

We are seeking a Staff PT to join our team! Our practice is primarily orthopedics and conducted in an open floorplan state of the art 3000 sq ft facility located across the street from Moorpark College. Our ideal candidate understands the importance and effectiveness of using physical therapy to improve and enhance the lives of our patients.

This position offers long-term professional growth and possible clinical director role.

Bilingual Espanol and English is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence based physical therapy programs that optimize patient outcomes
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Organize, record ,and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• California Physical Therapist license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
