Babysitter

I'm looking for an extra set of hands to help with our son on the spectrum. Preferably someone with experience with children with special needs. We are hoping to have some help on the weekends and spread throughout the week too if available for babysitting when available. We do have a dog and also a pool so someone comfortable with swimming supervision would be great.
