Nanny Needed For My Children

We have three daughters (3, 5, and 8 years old). We're looking for someone who can help on a regular basis during the times when our hand are most full which is typically in the mornings before school and in the evenings. The two younger ones will be in daycare for most of the day but the 8-year-old has summer vacation soon. We're open to discussing different schedules and hours as we don't have a very defined time when help is absolutely required. My wife is a stay at home mom and I am currently not working on disability so I am not always feeling 100% physically. Overall just looking for someone to help lighten the load.
