Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I am an RN working 3 days a week and my husband works from home. We currently have a 5-week-old who will be around 2 months old when we need the care to begin. We need help caring for our infant in our home at least 2-3 days per week for around 7-8 hours per day. The days per week may vary depending on my schedule, but I will try to be as consistent as my employer will allow.
