Childcare Needed

We are looking for a nanny for our sweet 3-month-old while we go back to work. Mom works a hybrid schedule, so childcare will not be needed thursdays and Fridays consistently , but may be needed those days if there is a big meeting happening. Looking for someone who has experience with young babies and can help maintain a routine.
