Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a back-up nanny that we could use when our primary caregiver (grandparent) is unable to watch our son. This schedule would vary but we would need help at least a couple times a month and would be able to give at least two weeks notice. Our 9-month-old son is a happy and easy-going baby who loves to play, eat, go outside, and watch his fur sisters. He is exclusively breastfed but takes a bottle just fine and we do baby led weaning. He currently takes two naps a day. We also try our best to minimize any screen use when he is awake.
