Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Orthotic Technician who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a quality-driven production environment, and takes pride in creating high-quality products. You will work closely with a dedicated team to fabricate custom foot orthotics that meet strict standards and specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Fabricate custom orthotic products using specialized tools, machinery, and materials

  • Perform detailed finishing, assembly, and quality assurance inspections

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols

  • Accurately follow specifications, instructions, and documentation

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

  • Provide input on process improvements and assist in training new team members as needed

Required Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated ability to work meticulously and accurately in detail-oriented tasks

  • Comfort with machinery, hand tools, and technical equipment

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:


  • Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, orthotics, prosthetics, footwear production, or a related precision craftsmanship role

  • Familiarity with materials such as polypropylene, EVA, and foams
