Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We seek a nurturing, reliable, experienced childcare provider to care for our daughter, who was born prematurely at 29 weeks. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience with newborns, particularly premature babies, and be knowledgeable about their unique developmental and medical needs. Responsibilities include feeding, diapering, monitoring sleep and developmental milestones, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting a calm, soothing routine. Support with pet care, meal prep, and light housekeeping. CPR and infant first aid certification are required. Experience working closely with parents and healthcare professionals is a plus.
