What You’ll Do as a Care Professional
Travel to clients’ homes and provide essential assistance such as:
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Medication reminders and hands-on personal care (as needed)
- Transportation to appointments, errands, or activities
- Support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s (training provided)
- Offer compassionate companionship with patience, dignity, and respect
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates from all walks of life — whether you have prior caregiving experience or not. Training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
· Personal Care Services providing hands-on assistance to help clients maintain independence and comfort
· Provide incontinence care and toileting assistance
· Companionship and Emotional Support by offering meaningful conversation and engaging in stimulating activities
· Home Support services including but not limited to light housekeeping, running errands, answering the door and supervising home maintenance visits
· Health and Safety Monitoring – keep accurate records of client care and daily activities while ensuring a safe and clean environment to reduce risks and hazards
Required Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing and able to drive clients — clean driving record for at least 3 years
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & clean driving record for at least 3 years
- Able to lift 25 lbs and work at least 10 hours per week
- Fluent in English to comply with necessary job duties
- Smartphone with internet access
- Pass a nationwide background check & DMV screening
- Adherence to professional dress code
Important Notes
- Offers of employment are contingent upon background and driving record screening.
- Orientation training is required for all new hires.
- This is an in-person role — with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays available.
