Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 newborn child. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and preferably speaks multiple languages. We do have a friendly medium sized dog at home. We are looking for someone who could start by supporting 2-3 days a week and then in the January timeframe increase support up to 4-5 days assuming it is a good fit.
