Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great sitter for 1 child. All aspects would be provided, you will just need to play with an advanced, potty trained, 3-year-old. Pool, playground, and at home entertainment will be options for you to enjoy with the child. Very easy child to look after, who is able to communicate needs and desires in a polite manner.
