Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

Elkton family seeking recurring nanny. Mother works from home Mon-Fri; in need of childcare during daytime approx. 1-2 days per week for 4-8 hours per day and occasional Fri or Sat evening availability (1-2 days per month). Recurring weekdays are flexible for scheduling. Light housekeeping duties (ex: folding clean laundry, washing + prepping baby formula bottles, etc) would be super helpful but not a dealbreaker. MUST be comfortable with pets/pet dander. Ideally, I would like to do a brief Zoom "interview" to get to know each other and see if we agree we would be a good fit. Start date is also flexible :)
