Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in Spanish, assisting customers with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring that all records are maintained for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Stay up to date with current fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed support to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers through various channels, creating a personalized shopping experience.
  • Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in fashion and customer service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
