Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing executive management with financial insights that guide business decisions. This role demands a proactive mindset and a strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and team leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze variances between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with business units to identify financial improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including accruals, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare executive reports on financial performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to guide senior management decisions.
- Partner with other departments such as accounting, operations, and sales to optimize business operations and financial performance.
- Implement improvements in financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Facilitating smooth communication and collaboration with Korean (HQ) and U.S. subsidiaries.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both English and Korean is required
Education and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management or related roles.
Desired:

- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems
