Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for a caring in-home nanny for our 13-month-old son Mon-Wed, 9am-4 p.m. He's a sweet, active kid who loves tractors, turtles, and outdoor play. He signs a few words and is close to walking. We work from home, and meals/snacks will be prepped just need heating or serving. He usually naps once a day. We prefer engaging play and minimal screen time (music is fine). We have a yard with toys, a pool, and a friendly-but-grumpy old cat who may need space from our son as he doesn't reciprocate in our son's enthusiasm. Light tidying behind him is appreciated: wipe up crumbs/lunch mess, pick up toys during nap, and toss dirty clothes in his hamper. CPR/First Aid a plus.
