Insurance Clerk - Commercial Lines - Auto Heavy CSR 440

West Tampa retail insurance agency is looking for a Licensed Insurance Service Support Representative for Commercial Auto Book 

Salary based on level of experience. P & C business only, no medical, no claims. Commercial Auto experience desired.

We use Partner XE software for agency management system. We are a small family-oriented agency but are continuing to grow.

• Must possess a valid Florida 4-40 license
• Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a paperless environment
• Must be familiar with acord applications and certificate templates

Only qualified candidates will be contacted for possible interviews. Must live within 20 miles of agency. Must be a team player. We are not a cookie-cutter agency and write in multiple specialty lines. We are seeking a Support Representative to assist the Account Manager with the day to day workflow. A sampling of duties may include:

• SR will assist the Account Manager with endorsements, certificate requests, and recommendation letters
• SR will also assist in filing claims as needed
• SR will be responsible for daily attaching of emails and various paperwork received in the mail
• SR may be trained to create prospects in system and attach all correspondence and quoting materials related
• SR will order state MVR and review against company guidelines before endorsing to policy

Support Representative is the entry level position in preparation to grow into a full Account Manager position as we believe in growing our team from within and promoting upwards when positions arise. We offer a business casual work environment. Comprehensive benefits package.
