Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team-oriented environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to our customers while maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a box truck to deliver materials to customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Load, unload, and securely transport materials to and from designated locations.
• Maintain accurate truck logs and records of deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure adherence to all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Assist in sorting, stocking, and organizing materials in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a box truck.
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, as well as a DOT physical.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Prior experience in delivery driving or warehouse operations preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions during outdoor loading and unloading tasks.
• Regular use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
