Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. My mom stays in bed most of the time. Her care would be just getting her to and from the bathroom as well as helping her change her Depends. Someone that speaks Spanish is necessary.
