Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent

We are a General Retail Contractor based in Fort Worth, TX that service retailers nationwide with tenant finish-out, remodels, and special projects.

We are seeking a Superintendent with experience in retail construction to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to completion while onsite.
• Supervise onsite personnel, vendors, and subcontractors
• Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to travel; 100% travel position.
• Previous relevant experience: tenant finish out or remodels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

• Must maintain a valid drivers license and automobile insurance on their work vehicle
• Must have own tools to perform minor carpentry, millwork and fixture installations
• Must pass background check including drug screening

Pay is commensurate with experience

Supplemental Pay:

• Per Project Bonus opportunities.
• Per Diem, Gas, and Cell phone are paid in addition to salary.

Willingness to travel:

• 100% required across the U.S.
