PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Contingent on completion of case log, drug screen, and immunizations
• Privileging Criteria:
- At least 50 vaginal deliveries in past 12 months
- At least 20 C-sections in past 12 months
- At least 25 gynecologic surgical procedures, including 5 major abdominal cases

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Low-risk pregnancy management
• FHR interpretation NST/CST/FSE
• OB ultrasound (performance and interpretation)
• Routine deliveries vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section
• Complicated deliveries C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions
• Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Surgical gynecology diagnostic laparoscopy, tubal ligation, LOA
• Major gynecologic procedures ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Ability to obtain a New Mexico medical license
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
• Experience: Must meet privileging criteria
• Other Qualifications:
- Strong patient care and collaboration skills
- Motivated to support OB team during call coverage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide OB-GYN care for call shifts only
• Manage labor & delivery, including routine and complicated cases
• Perform gynecologic surgical procedures within credentialed scope
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure patient care continuity
• Maintain detailed and timely charting in Epic
