Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients in the logistics and shipping sectors.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping rates, delivery times, and service options.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to address client needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Stay updated on shipping regulations, logistics processes, and service changes to provide accurate information.
• Identify improvement opportunities in customer service processes based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in logistics, shipping, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mentality.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage competing demands.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is a plus.
