Iowa Senior Benefit Services has been dedicated to helping seniors navigate Medicare for over 8 years, and we’re growing our local presence. We’re looking for a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer to help bring Medicare solutions to more people in the Des Moines area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contact warm leads over the phone to set appointments with seniors
• Meet with seniors face-to-face to guide them through Medicare and related insurance options
• Build meaningful relationships and provide personalized insurance solutions
• Ensure full compliance with insurance regulations
• Help shape the future of Medicare services in the Des Moines area

What We’re Looking For

• Live in the Des Moines area with a reliable personal vehicle
• Active Iowa Life & Health Insurance License (required)
• AHIP Certification (must be completed before your start date)
• At least 1 year of Medicare sales experience (preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a plus)
• Reliable internet connection and headset
