Demolition Cleanup Worker - Military Base Assignment

We are hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a demolition cleanup project on a military base in Fort Smith. This is a full-time, day shift position, running Monday through Friday, expected to last 2 to 4 weeks (subject to change). Ideal candidates will be physically fit, safety-minded, and ready to get to work immediately.

Please note: A Real ID and background check are required to access the job site.

Responsibilities:

• Clear and remove debris from the demolition site

• Lift and carry materials over 60 lbs as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow safety protocols and site instructions

• Support team with general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs or more consistently

• Comfortable with physical tasks: stooping, squatting, bending, carrying

• Real ID (with gold star) required

• Must pass a background check

• Previous construction or demolition experience is a plus
