Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking Legal Secretaries to join us and commence their LOD consultant journey.

Practice Assistant (Legal Secretary) -- Law Firm, Washington, D.C. 

• Contract pay starting at $42/hour -- full-time salary starting at $93k/year
• Hybrid - Remote Fridays -- 37.5 hours week
• Temp-To-Hire -- Anticipated contract duration of 4-6 months

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Plan and coordinate attorney schedules, manage travel arrangements, manage and submit expense reports, receiving incoming phone communications, and monitor all correspondence. 
• Draft and proofread time sheets, maintain accurate client and matter lists, complete conflict search reports, and facilitate communication throughout the office to solve problems.

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a law firm.
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running.
• Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
