NICU Travel RN – Unit Summary\nCritical Submission Requirements
\n- \n
- Do NOT submit candidates with any license hits related to medication diversion or patient endangerment. If discovered, the contract will be immediately canceled. \n
- EPIC experience is mandatory (100% required). \n
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience (firm requirement). \n
- Charge nurse experience is required. \n
- \n
- NICU Level: II \n
- Beds: 20 \n
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 to 1:3 (based on acuity and staffing) \n

- Premature and extremely premature infants \n
- Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) \n
- Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) \n
- Feeding intolerance \n
- Respiratory distress/support \n

- Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS)/Eat, Sleep, Console (ESC) \n
- Hyperbilirubinemia \n
Must be comfortable caring for:

- Nasal Cannula (NC) \n
- High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) \n
