Student employees will assist students in the Student Central assisted self-serve computer lab. Investigates what is at the root of a problem the student presents with, and uses excellent communication skills to explain things to help them understand how their current circumstances or step in the process fits into the larger picture. /pp/pp5. Ability to use Teams, a remote software application that allows staff to speak with and have visual contact with students. In some instances, phone calls and emails will be required as a form of communication./pp/pp6.
