pstrongBECOME A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!/strong/p
pOur Customer Service Agent plays an important role in providing exceptional service to passengers and visitors at the airport. This role involves welcoming passengers, assisting with inquiries, and offering support with check-in and boarding processes. The Customer Service Agents must ensure compliance with airline policies, security regulations, and safety procedures, while also addressing passenger concerns and providing solutions. You will collaborate with various airport departments to facilitate a seamless passenger experience, contribute to maintaining a positive airport environment, and uphold high standards of customer service excellence./p

pstrongWHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT /strong/p
ul
liGreet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries/li
liProvide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services/li
liHandle passenger check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously/li
liAssist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures/li
liEffectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner/li
liMake announcements and keep passengers informed about flight changes and boarding times/li
liHandle the boarding process, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes/li
liCoordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience/li
liProcess ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed/li
liExceed customer service and safety standards set by PrimeFlight/li
liPerform any additional duties as assigned by management/li

li18 years of age or older/li
liEligible to work in the United States/li
lispanOne year of customer service experience /span/li
lispan /spanspanAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents/spanspan /span/li
liAbility to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices/li
liEffectively communicate both in-person and through electronic means/li
lispan /spanspanEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)/span/li
lispanAbility /spanto work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operation/li
