The Rockdale, IL facility manufactures perlite roof insulation board which is a rigid insulation for built up commercial roofs./pp/ppHours: M-F 11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M./pp/ppbYour Day to Day: /b/pulliResponsibilities include, but are not limited to experience with diagnostics, ovens, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, welding, and pipefitting./liliAbility to perform most routine preventative maintenance as related to basic wiring, motor control, hydraulics, and pneumatics./liliAbility to respond to production issues and handle maintenance work orders/liliBasic fabrication skills and welding are required./liliAn understanding of machinery and equipment related to industrial manufacturing is required./liliMust have a general assortment of hand tools and know the use of other tools and equipment common to maintenance work./liliUses safe working practices and reports hazardous conditions at all times./liliAssists in production line(s) changeover and setup./li/ulp/ppbWhat You Bring to the Team:/b/pulliHigh school degree with four years of strong industrial experience in mechanical/electrical repairs/liliExperience in an industrial/manufacturing environment/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliComputer Literate (SAP knowledge is a plus)/liliAbility to stay organized and meet deadlines/liliProven history of safe practices, working knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures/liliTroubleshooting experience with a PLC/liliAbility to work independently especially during the night and evening shifts./liliSolid electrical, mechanical, math, and problem-solving skills/liliLocal candidate that is within 30 miles of the Rockdale facility to be available for any type of emergency situation./li/ulp/pdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:left"bPlease Keep in Mind /b/pp style="text-align:left"If you do not meet 100% of these requirements, we at JM still want to hear from you.
