If you're looking to make a difference with your technical knowledge and excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you!/divdivbr/divdivbPlease note that the pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience./b/divbr/br/bResponsibilities/bbr/liDiagnose and make repairs in such areas as, but not limited to: appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC./liliLead and train other maintenance technicians./liliComplete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.
