Following an evaluation by an Occupational Therapist, the assistant will follow the plan of care and perform COTA procedures as allowed by referral to aid restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities. This position must also be able to follow and adhere to the practices described in the Department Policy and Procedure Manual. Required to be flexible with daily scheduling and may be required to work various patient care settings.brbrbWhat you will do/bbrulliEmployee's individual productivity measures are satisfactory based on FTE/status and average number of assigned patients in case load./li liParticipates positively in training and support of all team members, volunteers and students as needed./li liCompletes documentation that supports skilled intervention and adherence to plan of care.
