Ensure all patients are appointed in TAB for their next eye exam/li liConducts all services in accordance with protocol amp; accepted standards of care./li /ul /li liEnsures all patients receive accurate diagnosis amp; appropriate recommendations./li liEstablishes a positive Doctor/patient relationship./li liUtilizes amp; leverages effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences./li liEnsures office systems are maintained./li liMaintains State Licensure in good standing amp; practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements./li liProvides effective training amp; guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs./li liDelivers clear, motivating amp; constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates./li liCreates a positive culture linked to the corporate culture; identifies what motivates each individual amp; directs conversations amp; actions appropriately./li liEncourages associate decision making at the level closest to the patient./li liMaximizes partnerships through leadership, participation amp; involvement./li liTakes pride in the appearance of the office./li liMaintains safe working environment for all associates/patients./li liLeads by example./li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/p ul liDoctor of Optometry/li liCommitment to quality patient care/li liKnowledge of current Optometric theory amp; technology/li liStrong communicator amp; listener/li liProblem solving ability/li liSolid Organization skills/li /ulp​Pay Range: 61.90  - 71.3 /p p /p pEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
