Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.p style="text-align:inherit"/pdivdivdivdivdivdivdivp style="text-align:left"bJob Description/b/p/div/div/div/div/div/div/divpbWork Schedule:/b/ppbMonday and Tuesday 8am-4:30 pm, Thursday 8am-5:30 pm or Wednesday, Friday 8am-4:30pm, and Thursday 9am-5:30pm/b/pp/pdivdivdivdivh2bJob Description:/b/h2pThis position is responsible for the safe moving, staging and parking of vehicles on Auction property, driving vehicles to and from Auction lots and customer businesses, and driving vehicles through Auction sale lanes on designated sale days and in compliance with Auction safety rules and regulations./ph2/h2h2/h2h2bJob Responsibilities:/b/h2ullipDrive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner. /p/lilipDrive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises and to and from customer dealerships and businesses, while observing Auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courtesy and defensive driving principles./p/lilipLine up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed by supervisor or team leader, move vehicles as necessary, and locate #34;lost#34; vehicles./p/lilipAssist with getting vehicles operating as needed.  If necessary, inflate tires and jump start vehicles using a battery box and air tank. Notify supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative; notify Service or Gas Truck Driver when vehicle is out of gas./p/lilipAssist customers (i.e., dealers, account representatives, rental agencies, etc.) and coworkers as needed./p/lilipVisibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.  Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence./p/lilipPerform other duties as assigned by management./p/lilipMay be required to work overtime as business needs dictate./p/li/ulh2/h2h2bQualificationsspan /span/bb:/b/h2h2/h2ullipspanSafe drivers needed; a valid driver’s license required/span/p/lilipConstantly required to enter and exit vehicles./p/lilipAbility to sit for prolonged periods./p/lilipAbility to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission/p/lilipAbility to walk long distances./p/lilipRegularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear./p/lilipStooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, squatting, and climbing are frequently required./p/lilipAbility to lift 1-15 pounds./p/lilipVision abilities required include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus./p/li/ulp/ppbPreferred:/b/pullipHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred./p/lilipPrevious auction experience preferred./p/li/ulp/ph2​bWork Environment:/b/h2h2Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
