Part-Time and Full-Time available/li /ul pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ul liAssist resident with all personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and services in accordance with the Individual Resident Service Plan, using safe, courteous, and effective standards of practice./li liMake appropriate observations about the resident's condition during interaction with the resident and record changes in a timely manner.
