Provide direction to vendors as needed and ensure vendors align with our policies and procedures/p/lilipMonitor Building Automation System (BAS) alarms, investigate and troubleshoot issues, and reset system alarms./p/lilipRespond to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, investigate cause, remedy issue / coordinate contractor response./p/lilipMaintain dry fire suppression system./p/lilipCoordinate with service contractors to identify, diagnose, and repair issues./p/lilipCommunicate effectively via phone, email and other written correspondence./p/lilipProvide excellent customer service to staff and colleagues;
