Seasonal Product Operations Coordinator - Full-time

This person will be expected to immerse themselves within the details of all digital products and become a communication hub for operational activities. The role will report directly to the Product Operations Manager./p pstronguResponsibilities:/u/strong/p ul liEnsure the Operations teams are ready with the resources, information and processes required to support new products (training, run-books, documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc)/li liManage operational executions for live digital streaming shows on NFL Oamp;O platforms (NFL app for mobile/tablet/CTV, Fantasy app, and web browsers)/li liUse admin tool to support digital content programming, editorial and League stakeholders, as well as administration and maintenance of active NFL.com properties/li liProvide operational support for our digital Oamp;O apps on all gamedays and around League tentpole events, including reporting and prioritization of issues./li liAssist clubs with any questions and platform/Forge related requests or escalate to the appropriate team/li liHelp QA any platform issues or work through existing bug tickets, as well as aim to identify temporary workarounds and solutions for the clubs/li liAssist clubs with live streaming video and podcast issues./li liCreate training documentation for key products and send release notes to the clubs/li liHelp maintain a Jira Board by grooming new tickets, testing and verifying tickets in lower environments and determining when tickets are cleared for Production/li liMonitor any club outages on gamedays and triage with app vendors or OPS team to ensure issues are being addressed/li /ul pstronguRequired Qualifications:/u/strong/p ul liAbility to quickly learn new systems and programs/li liExcellent problem-solving ability; highly motivated to drive positive change/li liStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills/li liExcels collaborating with teams/li liAble to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast pace environment/li liProficiency in design via tools such as Adobe Creative Suite/li liExperience with markup skills utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred/li liMust be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office./li liMust be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's)./li liStrong knowledge of sports and digital sports products/li /ul pstronguPreferred Qualifications:nbsp;/u/strong/p ul liBachelor of Science or Arts degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, or related field is preferred/li li1-3 years’ experience coordinating and supporting digital products in a sports entertainment, digital, media or related industry/li liPrior experience with Live event support/li liPrior experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)/li liPrior experience in operational support of a web and mobile based applications/li /ul pstronguOther Key Attributes / Characteristics:/u/strong/p ul liAbility to understand and document business rules/li liAttention to detail and excellent organizational skills/li liAvid interest and knowledge of NFL football/li /ul pstronguTerms /Expected Hours of Work:/u/strong/p ul li40 hours per week/li liSeasonal, up to 7 month role/li liMust be flexible to work weekends (specifically Sundays in-season)/li liMust be able to work all NFL Game Days, including Preseason, Regular Season and Playoffs, in-office./li liMust be able to work on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's)./li liRequired to work from Inglewood, CA office/li /ul pstrongSalary / Pay Range/strong/p pThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job.
