Your Schedule

• Four-day workweek (outpatient clinic)
• 7.5-hour clinical days

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient panel
• Conduct thorough medical histories and assessments
• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs, documenting encounters in our EMR system
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team
• Perform minor office procedures
• Prescribe and manage medications

What You Bring

• MS in Nursing or PA Studies
• State licensure and Board Certification (NP or PA) with NPI and DEA registration
• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
