Job Details: • Location: Traverse City, MI 49684 • Specialty: Hospice, geriatric, palliative care • Schedule: Mon-Fri 4 days per week; 10 hour shifts starting around 8am. Can also accomodate 3x10s schedule • 90 day contract with extension or perm conversion options

Requirements: • Travel to patient homes and/or SNF. Must have personal vehicle and auto insurance.
• 1-2 years minimum in hospice, geriatric, palliative care
• DEA • BLS
Compensation: • Weekly paychecks • Benefits available • Malpractice insurance covered 100%
