Internal Medicine-1 hour to Sacramento FQHC seeks a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join their team Base Salary: $242,224.84 plus bonus 3 clinics, 2 have openings for Internal Medicine Monday-Friday 4- or 5-day work week option Call: 1 week every 2 months EMR: Cerner PTO: Year 1 2 is 30 days/year, year 2-6 is 33 days/year, 6-8 is 35 hours/year, 8+ years of service are 40 days/year; CME time is 40 hours/year Sign-on $10,000 with additional sign-on bonus from insurer up to $100,000 Relocation $10,000 Full benefits This town has a lower cost of living for California, diversity and great schools 50 minutes to Sacramento and 1.5 hours to San Francisco Both cities have International Airports H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available
