Responsibilities:

• Shift Length: Monday through Friday, 8a-5p
• Patient Volume: 6-8 patients per day
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
• Trauma Level: N/A

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: MN
• DEA: Required
• Board Certification: Board Certified preferred, will consider BE
• Life Supports: BLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Required, exemptions available

Schedule and Duration: Looking for a Urologist to cover outreach clinic, one day a month in Tracy, MN and one day a month in Canby, MN. Hospitals don t have a Urology department, so they utilize the outreach instead.
