Here are the details: Job Title: Locum - CRNA - Anesthesiology Job Details: Shift Description : 4-10 hour shifts preferred, but some variability with 12-hour shifts is possible Weekend Requirements : Yes On Call Requirements : Would prefer CRNA who could help out with call rotation, but would consider CRNA without call Mandatory Requirements: Trauma experience is a must Proficiency in regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement required Full-time availability Active FL Medical License Willingness to cross credential at West Marion Clean background and malpractice history Certification Requirements: ACLS BLS NBCRNA License Requirements: Florida Reason for Need: Short-staffed facility Average Time to Credential: 90 days Types of Cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement. Facility Details: Trauma Designation: Level 2 Trauma Center of Operating Rooms: 15 EMR: Meditech Shift Details: Shift Days : 4-10 hour shifts preferred, but could also have some variability with 12-hour shifts Call Required : Flexible - Would prefer CRNA who could help out with call rotation, but would consider CRNA without call Weekend Required : Flexible - Site could use weekend help with call rotation, not required Minimum Number of Shifts per Month : Prefer full-time coverage Current Available Shifts : 4-10's, 3-12's.
