Shared Call: Engage in a shared call schedule of 1:4, supported by a Nurse Triage System to enhance accessibility for patients and provide support for after-hours care. Oversight Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, provide oversight to one Nurse Practitioner, contributing to the collaborative and comprehensive patient care approach that defines our practice.
