Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP/PA)

Full-Time, Outpatient

Experienced providers only (no new grads)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Midlevel Provider (ARNP/PA) to join our outpatient practice. The provider will be responsible for evaluating, managing, and treating patients under the guidance of the attending physician. Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding is required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care.
• Establish treatment protocols and initiate therapy in collaboration with the attending physician.
• No weekends or late hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida License required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
• Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding is required.
