Job Description

A Palmdale, California based clinic is searching for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about improving individual and community health. An ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced NP who is comfortable seeing all ages.

Required Qualifications

  • Current California Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current DEA licensure
  • Active CPR Certification
  • Must have 2 years of recent primary care experience

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages
  • Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results
  • Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care
  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload
  • Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
