Schedule

• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or
• Night Call 3:00 pm - 7:00 am
• 24 hour call

Clinical Details

• Typical Cases: General, Endo, Ortho, Urology

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active KY License (willing to accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• ACLS and BLS
  

EMR

• Epic
