Outpatient and Inpatient responsibilities (rounding on patients) ? Round 6 days and 1 weekend/month ? 4 additional Family Medicine providers, plus Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians ? Monday - Friday schedule ? Patient volume average is 18 to 25 patients per day ? Phone call only ? Onsite care team includes: Clinical pharmacists, behavior health clinicians, care managers, case managers and nurse and medical assistants ? Nationally competitive salary $260-300kDOE, plus relocation allowance ?
