Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

CareNational is looking for a Advanced Practice Provider in Willow Creek, California! This is a direct hire position and ideal candidates who are interested in coastal living. 2+ years of recent Family Practice or Primary Care experience is required for this role as Advanced Practice Provider.

Pay Details:

• Pay Range: $131,000 - $151,000

Work Setting:

• On Site

Position Details:

• Direct Hire
• Location: Willow Creek, California
• Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

• Substantial RVU bonus structure
• Relocation offered for provider and potentially 1 extended family member

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited program
• Board certified or board eligible
• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Valid DEA certificate
• Currently BLS certified
• Candidates must be willing to live local to clinic location
